Vaalbara

The Vaalbara was a supercontinent that began to form there are 3.6 Ga and 3.1 Ga has existed at 2.5 Ga, prior to the continent early Ur , which subsequently formed the continent of Gondwana. Vaalbara is a contraction of Kaapvaal and Pilbara , two cratons identified as having belonged to the continent.
