The University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour (UPPA, official name: University of Pau ) is a French institution of higher multi-site, based in Pau in the Pyrenees-Atlantiques, but also to Bayonne , at Tarbes and at Mont-de-Marsan in the Basin of the Adour.

The site of Pau is the greatest. It has about 9000 students.

Bayonne

The site of the Basque Coast welcomes 2,500 students in 2 UFR (science and technology and multidisciplinary in Bayonne Anglet) and an IUT.

Tarbes

The site of Tarbes , with 700 students, has a component of the die STAPS (Science and technology of physical activities and sports), extension of the faculty humanities, languages and humanities and offers Bachelor and Master Process Engineering AS a Master of Science and Technology Measurement and Treatment of pollution and nuisances dependent UFR science and technology.
