The University of Evry-Val d'Essonne (UEVE) is one of four new universities created in 1991 to decongest the Parisian faculties. Its main site is at the heart of the new town of Evry , prefecture of Essonne.
The lessons offered therein are multidisciplinary, with an emphasis on professionalizing degrees.
His research center focuses on three areas:
- Genomics (in synergy with the Genopole )
- Science and technology (eg: Aeronautics Competitiveness cluster member ASTech )
