True Russian Orthodox Church - Synod Raphaelite is one of many churches Orthodox noncanonical, traditionalists Russia after the " Church of the Catacombs "(illegal and opposed to the Church after the Bolshevik Revolution ).

She held publicly in the 1990s with the assistance of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church autocephalous.

The current primate of the Church is Raphael (Prokofiev) with the title of Archbishop and Metropolitan of Moscow All Russia (since 2003).
