Torah

The Torah (in Arabic : , or Tawrah Taurat) is the Arabic translation of the word Hebrew Torah (also known as the "Five Books of Moses" or "Pentateuch"). The Muslims believe the Torah is one of the holy books of Islam, given by Allah to Musa ( Moses ). There is controversy about whether the Torah refers to Torah or the Tanakh ( Old Testament ).
Muslims believe that the Torah held by Jews is a modified version of the original and annotated.
