Third Temple In Jerusalem

Vision of the Third Temple, based on the final chapters of the Book of Ezekiel describes in detail the temple, including in its dimensions.

The Third Temple is a project to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem.

Grounds Project

Some political and religious movements want to rebuild the Temple, based on biblical texts in which they interpret the obligation to rebuild as soon as possible.

This trend is also part of the messianic movements claiming that the Messiah will not come as a task to undertake the reconstruction will not be opened.

It builds on the vision of future Hall of time as it appears in the Book of Ezekiel (chapters 40 to 48). The Temple described in this passage, with a wealth of surprising details, nothing like the first two Temples, nor its size (much larger), or by the arrangement of its parts, or even by geographic location ( a river to gush water purifier below him).

Initiatives

Some organizations, including the best known is The Faithful Movement Temple Mount and Land of Israel, want the destruction of the Al-Aqsa as a preamble to the "reconstruction". On 21 August 1969, Denis Michael Rohan , an Australian Christian, burned the building, and attacks have been thwarted in the 1980s.

The Temple Institute organization is composed of scholars and artisans, they have already prepared plans, but also re-created cult objects used at the time of the first Temple. The Institute sets out in a museum in the old city of Jerusalem.
