Synopsis
In the sixteenth century , sixty years after the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus , reigns over Spain Charles V who convenes a meeting under the legate of the Pope to discuss the fundamental question: the native Indian it has colonized territories in America , they have a soul (are they male)? The response must result in arrest or not of slavery , so they are the victims.
