The Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture (IRCAM or) is an academic institute of the Moroccan government responsible for the preservation and promotion of culture Amazigh.
The Institute is based in Rabat , capital of Morocco. It was founded on 17 October 2001 during the reign of King Mohammed VI by the Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-01-299. It has an administrative and financial independence.
