Robert Ryan is an actor American born on 11 November 1909 in Chicago and died on 11 July 1973 in New York.

Biography

He studied in New Hampshire and is the champion of boxing from his school. But after school, he fought hard for a living and is committed as a sailor or laborer. He studied drama at Hollywood and dreams of becoming a playwright. To finance his training, he puts many small roles in low budget films.

At the end of the war where he served as a Marine , he returned to Hollywood and was spotted by Jean Renoir who hired him in The Woman on the beach and launched her career. It runs many black films , which we won tonight in which he uses his talents as a boxer. He toured with some of the greatest American filmmakers:

He died of cancer at the age of 63.
