Moroccan law has seen some changes since 1913. Currently we are witnessing the emergence of a positive law more and more present. The most striking example is the "Labour Code" and "Criminal Law" that are unrelated to the Muslim law. We can also mention the new rights such as that of competition or that of investment. These rights are based primarily on normative production which unfortunately remains very restricted in the Kingdom.
