Regional geography aims to acquire knowledge of an area of the world in its physical and human. It studies and analyzes a specific region of the world under its physical (landforms, climate, soils, vegetation, hydrography, natural resources), human (population, geopolitical dynamics) and economic (the prospects future in the context of globalization).
