Realistic is the 2nd studio album Florent Pagny published in summer 1992.
This album is a darker period in the life of his interpreter. Florent Pagny has indeed break with Vanessa Paradis , it is facing fiscal problems and the press continues to boycott the press after his song that rolls (on his previous album ). It is within this context that Pagny prepares his album in a house in the suburbs of Paris, where he built a studio in the basement.
He surrounded himself again to Jean-Yves D'Angelo and Frank Langolff but David Rhodes , arranger Peter Gabriel and a few other new ones.
The first single is taken from the album Kill me which is actually a cover of Frank Langolff and is the only title which Pagny was not involved in writing lyrics. It will be followed by a second single, What do we do?.
The album also includes his first duet, half-closed lids, with Victor Lazlo.
In France, the album may come into the classification of SNEP , 5 August 1992 and stayed just 11 weeks. His best place is the No. 20 References
