Patriarchs (Bible)
The patriarchs, a view biblical belong to the lineage of characters ( historical or mythical ) with which God has sealed an alliance in order to create a great nation that the people become Jewish.
The Jews and Christians consider them the fathers of our civilization. Indeed, the word comes from ancient Greek patriarchs, which means "father, head of the family."
Some believe that these characters are figures mythical.
