The Church has six dioceses:

  • Metropolitan Eparchy of Warsaw (with vicariates metropolitan Hajnowka at Bielsk and Siemiatycze)

6 deaneries: Warsaw, Bielsk Podlaski, Hajnowska, Narew Siemiatycze, Kleszczele

3 deaneries: Lodz, Krakow, Bydgoszcz

3 deaneries: Sanok, Nowy Sacz, Przemyl

5 deaneries: Wrocaw, Lubin, Ziel Gora, Szczecin, Koszalin

4 deaneries: Lublin, Chem, Biala Podlaska, Terespol

5 deaneries: Biaystok, Gdask, Grodek, Olsztyn, Sokolka
