The Orthodox Church Autonomous Metropolitan of Western Europe and the Americas or autonomous Metropolis Milan and Aquileia (also known as the Holy Synod of Milan) is a Church Orthodox noncanonical old and traditional-calendar. The head of the Church carries the title of Archbishop of Milan, Metropolitan of Aquileia and the whole of Lombardy, with residence at Milan in Italy (current holder: His Beatitude Euloge Evloghios I or I).

The Archbishop of Athens Auxentios of the Church of True Orthodox Christians of Greece - Synod Auxentiite with the Bishops Kallistos and Antonios, spend Archbishop Gabriel of Lisbon 18 June 1978. The latter spends with the bishop of Coimbra Tiago, Archbishop of Milan Evloghios September 25, 1984. The same year Bishop Auxentios sign Tomos of Autonomy of the Metropole Portugal, Spain and Western Europe and appointed as the first primate Archbishop Gabriel of Lisbon.
