Nazareth (Arabic (an-Nasira) and Hebrew ) is a city in the north of Israel , in Galilee. It is the largest Arab city in the country with 66 000 inhabitants in 2008 (estimates .
From the time the substructures remain evangelical homes, actually spacious caves that overcame the elements built. The character of the village partially cave (caves were used as warehouses) may explain its name: nazareth, that is to say hidden .
However, there is controversy about the existence of Nazareth before 200 CE , not all archaeologists agree.
