reluctance to grant clearance for the title of engineer
Discussions on reforming the sector A is ongoing. This could be punished by an engineering like the curriculum of the Naval Academy training officers of the Navy. However, many reservations are evident. Some already see the end of French sailors due to the monopolization of space within the school by students for academic achievement but high enough to do that as an engineer at the expense of shipping and therefore in the seafaring profession. The need for the title of engineer is also criticized as such. The French officers currently enjoy a good reputation through their training. It would raise the educational level and train officers in five years for the commission of engineering qualifications valid curriculum. But if the level increases, it would be so many doors that were shut for potential students, motivated by their vocation.
