The National Engineering School of Saint-Etienne (ENISA) is a French public school of engineering education as part of the ENI group. It offers training in five years after the baccalaureate degree in the fields of civil engineering , from mechanical engineering and engineering senses.
Summary |
Overview
The school prepares field engineers have a general training. Their area of expertise relates primarily to the design and fabrication and also includes all the technologies related to production and industrial projects. These skills are acquired through academic teaching and high value added through periods of job training spread throughout the curriculum. These periods lead the student to become an engineer with a gradual transition. The skills are forged together happily in contact with the reality of the business both nationally and internationally.
Building
The main building has a structure and avant-garde interior decoration is in keeping with the exterior. J. Fillacier and V. Grillo, respectively professor at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs in Paris and professor at the Ecole Nationale Suprieure des Beaux-Arts in Cergy-Pontoise were responsible for the mural decoration of all buildings, based on the fundamental colors.
History
Some dates in the history of the school:
- 1961 - creation of ENISA and the die clearance Mechanical Engineering
- 1971 - Authorization of the sector civil engineering
- 1987 - Passage of the period of study at 5 years
- 2002 - Opening of the Master "Dual Design
- 2009 - The school becomes a public institution with scientific, cultural and professional Training
Engineering Degree
Both degrees are accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research after the notice of the Commission on Engineering degrees :
- specialty mechanical engineering;
- specialty engineering.
Admission is by a common entrance to the ENI group after graduation.

Other
The school also delivers Master degrees in collaboration with the University of St. Etienne and the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and specialized masters.
