Michel Quesnel
Michel Quesnel ( Paris , 11 June 1942 ) is a Oratorian French , doctor in theology , biblical scholar and exegete.

Author of numerous books and articles on religious history and exegesis, Michel Quesnel became rector of the Catholic University of Lyon in 2003.
It collaborates with international scientific activities. He is a member of the Academia Scientiarum Artium and Eureopaea (Vienna, Austria), Biblical Archaeology Society of the (Washington, USA), the Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas (Cambridge, UK) and the Catholic Association for French Study the Bible (ACFEB) where he was Vice President until August 30, 2003.
He was also President of the UDESCA (Union of Catholic Institutions of Higher Education) from July 2007 to June 2010.
