Marialis Cultus

Marialis Cultus is the title of an apostolic exhortation Mariological of Pope Paul VI on February 2, 1974. It aims to stimulate a revival of Marian piety after Vatican II.

Paul VI goes through the new Missal Roman and how it preserves the set of doctrines, dogmas and traditions of the Church of the Blessed Virgin. It celebrates the perpetual virginity , the virginal conception , divine motherhood , the Church's motherhood , expectant of Notre Dame , the spiritual nuptials , the Annunciation , the Immaculate Conception , the Nativity of Mary , the Assumption into heaven, mediation of grace , the royal mother , the lawyer heavenly soteriological and role of co-redeemer in the Passion.

Pope highlights the role ecumenical inter-religious, anthropological, christological, pastoral and biblical Holy Mary in the nature and mission of the Church. He gives an example to the bishops, priests and faithful recitation of the rosary and the Angelus for the sanctification of the ecclesial body and the entire universe.
