In 1996 , a Non Governmental Organisation , Savannah Development, created in Kolya , in Cte d'Ivoire , a school for educating partially language: the Integrated Learning Centre Nien (CSNI). In this experimental center, students receive from preschool to the end of the first year of primary education in Senufo or Malinke, as their mother tongue, and then continue their studies in French .
