Judicial

Judicial review is a form of review of decisions of government by judges. It may take the form of a constitutional review , but simply as a control in France, for the administrative , decisions of the Executive (the highest court is the Conseil d'Etat ). In Britain , if there is no judicial review of laws (with rare exceptions), there is administrative control, as in France.
