John Frum (or Jon Frum) is the prophet of a cargo cult in Vanuatu.

Summary

Cult of John Frum

On the island of Tanna , a god named "Kerapenmun", associated with a mountain, Mount Tukosmeru, is venerated. A native named Mancheri under the pseudonym of John Frum, pretended to be god and what was originally a cult .
