Islamic Socialism
Islamic Socialism is a term coined by various Muslim thinkers and leaders to meet the demands of a more spiritual socialism. Socialist Muslims believe that the teachings of Quran and Muhammad are consistent with the principles of equality and the redistribution of wealth. Moreover, for them Islam is opposed to economic liberalism and imposed a socialist economic management.
Some Muslim scholars say Orthodox different social practices, such as confiscation of private property to meet the imperative of maflaha (in) , that is to say, preserving the general interest of the community.
History of Islamic socialism

In modern times, the first experiment of Islamic socialism was established during the Russian Revolution of 1917 as part of the movement Wais, supporters of the Soviet government. Later, the thinker Indo - Pakistan Muhammad Iqbal developed this theme of Islamic socialism.
In the years 1.95 thousand - one thousand nine hundred sixty , some thinkers of the Muslim Brotherhood developed the idea of an Islamic socialism such as Egyptian Sayyid Qutb in his works as "Social Justice in Islam" (1949) and "The struggle of Islam and capitalism "(1951), Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghazali , al-Awda Abdelkader or Syrian Moustapha Siba'i in his book "Socialism of Islam" (1959).
In this book, Mustapha Siba'i explained: "Socialism is not a fad that will pass, it's a human tendency that is expressed in the teachings of prophets, in the reforms of the Righteous from the earliest centuries of the history.
