History Library Of The Church
The Library of History of the Church is a building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at Salt Lake City opened June 22, 2009.

A new archive building was originally planned in 1960 but this need was no longer valid because of advances in the conservation of modern materials and with the completion in 1963 of the 'Granite Mountain Vault' where were stored a vast genealogical material Collections The Library of History of the Church preserve records relating to its history since the 1820s in its infancy in the State of New York until today with 13 million members worldwide. Since 1972, these collections had been stored in the administrative building of the Church in Salt Lake City, which ended in April 2009 in preparation for the relocation of the Library of Church History All research facilities and consultation have been open to the public June 22 Some resources are available online, including the database on the crossing of Mormon pioneers . This database is the most complete list of emigrants pioneer Latter-day Saints and groups who arrived in Utah from 1847 to 1868.
