The region of Gharb-Chrarda-Beni Hssen (in Arabic : ) is one of the sixteen regions of Morocco. It is located northwest of the country. Its area is 8805 square kilometers with a population of 1,859,540 Geography The area is bounded on the north by the region of Tangier-Tetouan, north-east region of Taza-Al Hoceima-Taounate, south-east region of Fez-Boulmane and the region of Mekns-Tafilalet south by the region of Rabat-Sal-Zemmour-Zar and west by the Atlantic Ocean .
