Emile Puech
Emile Puech, born in 1941 to Cazelles of Sbrazac, near Estaing ( Aveyron ) was a French scientist.
Epigraphist , research director at CNRS and professor at the Biblical and Archaeological School of Jerusalem , he is an internationally renowned expert of the Essenes , editor of the Qumran and researcher statutory Ancient Semitic Studies Laboratory of the College de France.
He was elected by his peers in 1990 editor in chief of the manuscripts of Cave 4 of Qumran.
