Eid Al Fitr
The Eid al-Fitr ( Arabic : Id al-Fitr , is the festival Muslims marking the breaking of fasting month of Ramadan. It is celebrated on the first day of Shawwal. It is also sometimes called Eid es-Saghir Date Every year, the date of Eid al-Fitr is advanced by 10, 11 or 12 days compared to the Gregorian calendar because the Muslim calendar is lunar. The date of Eid al-Fitr is the day following the last day of the holy month of Ramadan : So it happens 29 or 30 days after the start of Ramadan, according to years. The faithful discharge of the charity of breaking the fast or Zakat al-Fitr. Prayer ( salat al-Eid) takes place in early morning and is done either in a mosque or in a mossalla to gather more followers. Muslim tradition or Sunnah that a Muslim wants to take his breakfast, preferably consisting of dates, before going to prayer. After prayer and countries, the faithful but also non-believers and children visit their relatives and friends to present their wishes for Eid. Eid al-Fitr is the Muslim canonical name, coming from Saudi. It was used in the hadith. In Maghreb , Eid al-Fitr is also called as-Saghir Eid "(meaning little Seghir) versus the ' Eid al-Adha (Kabir means big) feast of sacrifice, and both parties are the main events festive among Muslims. In Indonesia , the name is pronounced "Idul Fitri". Indonesians call spontaneously Day "Lebaran", an Aboriginal word that evokes the dispersion (meaning: after the Communion fast). In Malaysia and Singapore , it says rather "Hari Raya Puasa", "Day of fasting (puasa, original word Sanskrit ). In Albanian , this festival is officially called Fiter Bajrami but is more commonly known Bajrami i madh - Big Bajram, while the Eid el-Kebir called Bajrami i Vogel ("The Little Bajram) - or Kurban Bajrami : the meaning is contrary to the name of the Maghreb. In Bosnia-Herzegovina is "Bajram Mali" ("Little Bajram") that marks the end of Ramadan. It is also said Ramazanski Bajram ("The Ramadan Bajram). The term "Bajram" comes from the word Turkish Bayram in French and is pronounced like him. In Turkey , this festival is called "Ramazan Bayram "or" Seker Bayram "(read" cheker rameu yawn ") or Day by referring to sugar sweetened foods consumed in the morning. In West Africa , in Senegal or Mali for example, this festival is called the Korit, the Niger is named or Karamas'Sallah Djingar Keyna (which mean little party). The day of Eid was arrested by observing the sky and depends on the geographical position of those who observe the arrival of the crescent moon which explains the differences between countries.
