Editions Jean-Claude Lattes (JC Lattes) are a publisher French belonging to the group Hachette Livre and whose registered office is at 17 Rue Jacob in Paris (6 e).

History
The publishing house was founded in Special Edition May 1968 by Jacques Lanzmann and Jean-Claude Lattes. This is his first book is just the beginning of Philippe Labro published in June 1968. It is devoted to the events of May 1968. It seems that the basic idea that governed the publishing house, was the publication of topical books, on subjects not older than a few months. The Penguin Press have the Masque Publishing , known for their novels (including the French versions of the novels of Agatha Christie).
- 1971: Name change for the benefit of one of the founders of the company.
- 1981: Jean-Claude Lattes company joins the group Hachette Livre. Jean-Claude Lattes became head of the group, whose head he remained until 1991.
- 1995: Isabelle Laffont (daughter of Robert Laffont, who founded the editions of the same name) took the leadership of the group, she is still there today.
ditions Jean-Claude Lattes absorbed Mask, publisher of novels by Agatha Christie. Mask MSK has created a collection of books for children and adolescents suspense. This collection includes books especially Frederic Lepage "Micah and the voices of the jungle." Two volumes have appeared: "The Camp of the Elephants" and "The Curse of Mara."
