Architectural elements outside
Located on a headland in an elegant setting of stones and greenery that complements a rectory dating from 1757 surrounded by a high brick wall, the church of St. Martin flatters the eye with his presence.
The building is kind of Hainaut sixteenth century. It has undergone several revisions, especially at the nave with its warheads unequal size, the construction of a tower in 1849 and rebuilding the ceiling of the choir in the nineteenth century.
The interior of the church
Among the remarkable features of the place, there is the tomb of John III of Trazegnies , died in 1550 , Knight of the Golden Fleece , and his wife Isabel of Werchin. There is also the tomb wall of Charles , Marquis de Trazegnies died in 1635 and his wife Adrienne Gavre, complete with its heraldic coat (arms and crest).

- A Calvary was erected in the late nineteenth century to contain the remains of the Marquis de Trazegnies last, and this, because we could not bury it inside the church (second half of the eighteenth century ). In this ordeal, are buried a few family members of Trazegnies: Marie-Caroline de Namur, Marquise de Trazegnies, (1785-1844). She had previously been buried outside the church, near the wall that separated her from her husband Joseph Lothario. This was the last to be buried inside the church. The remains of his wife were later interred in the Calvary.
- Previously, this church (as all churches of the kingdom) was a cemetery that surrounded him. This cemetery was abandoned around 1890. He had served more than 1,000 years. Nowadays, there are still some headstones that are embedded in the outer wall of the church.

He wears the collar of the Golden Fleece.
- Note the columns of lying, with the noble birth of the deceased. This lying, whose author is unknown, is remarkable for the delicacy made by the sculptor.
