Christine Malevri
Malevri Christine is a nurse French (who was at the hospital in Mantes-la-Jolie ), who was convicted of having deliberately caused the death of patients.
Facts
It was first shown in his defense that they would have asked him to help them die. This version is strongly disputed by the families of victims. Indeed, some of them were about to enter the hospital or were in danger of extinction and did not appear at all want to die. Moreover, they stress that none of the victims had told anyone about their desire to die and Christine Malevri be the only one to have been informed.
Sentencing
She was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and 92,910 euros in damages in January 2003. It has been appealed this sentence and the second trial was on October 15, 2003 , increased the sentence to 12 years in prison. A further appearance in court of assizes held since 20 January 2006 See also
