Christian Church Disciples Of Christ
The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is one of the categories of current Protestant majority in North America, founded in the late nineteenth century. It is also called the Christian Church, Disciples of Christ or simply the Disciples.
Local churches are the Disciples of governance Congregationalist. The Christian Church was involved in founding the World Council of Churches and the Federal Council of Churches in the USA (now called the National Council of Churches) and is currently pursuing his work of ecumenical dialogue.
