The Apocalypse of Zephaniah is a text pseudepigraphic , which describes the travels and visions of Zephaniah.

Text

In 1881 , two manuscript fragments, probably from the White Monastery in Upper Egypt , were purchased by the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris and first published by Urban Bouriant in 1885.

These manuscripts are translations Coptic , from the fourth and fifth centuries, respectively, of a Greek original dating from around AD 100. These texts, along with other additions, were published in German by Steindorff in 1899 .
