Abel is the second son of Adam and Eve according to Genesis , the first book of the Bible. His story is also recounted in the Quran.

Cain is the eldest son, Abel is the second and Seth the third son of Adam and Eve. It is from the genealogy of Seth Jesus is built. Indeed, the Bible calls all the descendants of Seth to Joseph , the husband of Mary (mother of Jesus).

The two brothers Cain and Abel each made an offering or sacrifice to God ( Allah ), but only that of Abel was accepted. Out of jealousy, Cain then promised to kill his brother, but he replied: "Allah accepts the offering from the piles. If you stretch out thy hand to kill me, I will not extend to you my hand to kill thee: for I fear Allah, the Lord of the Universe . .

Cain slew Abel and still a very deep feeling of remorse came over, and he became a loser.

According to religious tradition, Abel would be the first murder, the first shot and the first death in history. His body would be the first corpse buried under the ground of history .
