Biography

Abd Allah ibn Umar was born in Mecca. At the age of ten he moved with his parents to Medina where he learned the Koran as and when the revelation comes. At 15, he participated in the Battle of the Ditch. He also participated in the battle of al-Qadisiyya.
He died at the age of 84 years in Mecca just after the rituals of Hajj this year Hegira 73.
