Abu Muhammad 'Abd Allah ibn Muhammad Biography Emir to 44 years, his devotion was appreciated by his Muslim subjects. He had a reputation for cruelty, however, because the problems during his rule forced him to spill the blood often: a son, suspected of treason, and many rebels. Indeed, his accession was the signal for several revolts in Al-Andalus. He finally defeated Omar Ben Hafsun , who went to independent Malaga and that his father and brother had fought in vain. Many other rebellions broke out, because of the antagonism between the different components of the population: Arab, Berber, or muwallah Mozarabic and Christians. Banu Hadjabj Ibrahim, governor of Seville, even took the title of king and its independence, Abd-Allah was forced to acknowledge. He died in 912 , leaving his little son, Abd ar-Rahman III an-Nasir stirred a kingdom, that he will manage to pacify and submit.
