  • Jewish-Roman War : Top of the Jewish revolt of fanatics, zealots , against the governors Roman , true despots (end in 70 ). In retaliation, the Roman legions razed Jerusalem , looted and destroyed the temple and crucified thousands of Jews. The Christians fled to Pella.
  • Revolt of the Jews in Egypt. 50 000 of them were massacred.
