- A general insurrection broke out in Mesopotamia : the Tigris Seleucia , Nisibis , Edessa hunt their garrisons, a Roman legion is completely destroyed. Trajan represses the movement, but must make concessions. Without waiving its annexations in Mesopotamia , it restores a kingdom fell into Parthian territory under Roman suzerainty.
